Teachers: The Candles Lighting Our Way…

Day after day,

Word after word,

Hour after hour,

Lesson after lesson,

Batch after batch.

Yet they still continue to teach,

They are the ones whom we go to for everything,

Be it doubts,

Be it life lessons,

Be it counselling.

They are the candles lighting up our paths forward,

Burning incessantly without a care,

So that their Students have a bright future.
