Memories deeply engraved,
They embrace my heart,
It feels soft and fuzzy,
As I dive into the memory pool.
Laughing in class, heartfelt conversations,
Moments in time that will never be erased,
Playing in the ground, falling,
Getting up and continuing to play.
All, knowing that one day we would walk our paths,
Yet, the memories we made will bring us all back,
To the place where it all began.
Learning all kinds of subjects,
Learning life-based skills for the future,
This is where it was all taught.
In primary school, we truly loved the Air Conditioners,
Now even a fan feels like an air conditioner.
Pencil boxes of different shapes and styles,
Showing off our Pilot and Parker pens,
Ink splatters all over the pages of our neverending notebooks.
I hear the rapping of a scale on a teacher's table,
It reminds me of our teachers struggling to get our attention,
The cherry on top,
Perfect weather for having a good hot lunch.
School, my school,
The place of memories that engrave themselves so deep,
Trying to forget is futile,
Why try to forget the biggest chapter of life?
Memories deeply engraved,
They embrace my heart,
A tear of joy slips out,
As I walk out of my school,
A page in the book of life is turning...
