HAPPY FATHER'S DAY APPA!!!

In the quiet mornings, as dawn softly breaks,

He teaches me lessons, small but long living values he partakes,

In the mundane moments, life's wisdom unfolds,

A father’s love runs deep within each story he holds.

In the way he fixes a Tyre, makes it seem like a ritual so plain,

I learn of Patience, through sweat and through practice,

How he shows he cares through simple optical illusions,

And how relishing the simple things can dissolve confusions.

In the farm we tend, pulling weeds out and throwing them side to side,

He shows me that a bit of effort and a magnitude of growth coincide,

That beauty can flourish with just a little care,

And a powerful resilience blooms in the soil they share.

In the silent repair of a light switch or a fixing a broken hose,

She sees how persistence is hidden in there,

That fixing the small things in one’s life can mend the bigger parts,

And how a father’s love is reflected in well-worn hearts.

In the drives they take, with no set plan,

He reveals the freedom in trusting the span,

Of roads uncharted and paths unknown,

Teaching her courage in the world she’ll own.

In the laughter they share over stories old,

She learns the value of memories told,

That life’s finest threads are spun with glee,

And love’s gentle echoes are boundless and free.

In the quiet of evenings, as stars start to glow,

He imparts the wisdom of letting go,

That not every question needs a clear right,

And sometimes answers come in the night.

Through mundane moments, life lessons flow,

In the simplest acts, her father does show,

That love’s greatest gift is in the time spent,

In the everyday, where the greatest truths are lent.

For it’s not in grandeur, nor in grand schemes,

But in the ordinary, where love truly beams,

A father's love, steadfast and true,

In life’s smallest things, she sees what to pursue.
